My Adelaide scrapbook part 2

In part two of my travel scrapbook I wanted to share some of the great finds I came across in South Australia. In this post you will find a fabulous resource for online home wares shopping - Council of Objects, Adelaide's very own Haigh's Chocolates and a look inside the newly renovated thai restaurant The Golden Boy.

Council of Objects, 16 Ebenezer Place Adelaide. These guys sell Australian designed home wares, jewellery, textiles and lots more. The store is gorgeous and there are so many amazing pieces to look through. The best part is if your not a local you need not fear, as all their products are available online.

Haigh's Chocolate2 Rundle Mall, Adelaide. I had no idea that Haigh's Chocolates was first established in Adelaide. Their stores are all over Australia, and in the city of Adelaide they seem to be everywhere, which is very convenient because they are simply delicious! I spent the afternoon with lovely staff picking out chocolates for gifts to take home (though some didn't make it back to Sydney I must admit!).

The Golden Boy restaurant, 309 North Terrace, Adelaide. We enjoyed a delicious thai dinner at the Golden Boy during our stay. The food was fantastic, a wonderful balance of flavours. I loved the vibe of the place, the interiors of graffited walls and lush leather booths added to the cool atmosphere.
