Dave and I spent the weekend in Wollongong with my grandparents. While we were there I asked my Yiayia (grandma) to teach me her recipe for Koulourakia, a popular Greek biscuit (perfect with tea or coffee). We got straight to work making the dough the night before, so we were prepped a ready the next morning to start the rolling. Yiayia taught me her special rolling technique (see below), and by my tenth biscuit I felt like a pro!
