I wanted to share this great recipe I tried recently; filo tart with asparagus and goats cheese. Just reading the name, I knew I was onto a winner! I just love all those flavours. As usual I have opted for a recipe that is aesthetically pleasing and (more importantly) simple. I love the vibrant green asparagus, contrasts with the white of the goats cheese... it makes for an impressive looking dish... yum! Will definitely try this one out next time we entertain.
