Hello there and welcome back! I hope you all had a relaxing weekend and got to enjoy this taste of summer. We spent ours catching up with friends and sitting out in the sun with a pile of books. Today's post is inspired by the delicious weather we had over the weekend. Here is a smoothie recipe that I recommend now that spring has well and truly arrived - refreshing, healthy and delicious!
Kiwi smoothie: 200ml coconut water, 1 big hand full of ice (I like to use a lot of ice), 2 kiwis (peeled and chopped), 1 cucumber (washed and chopped) and 1/2 lime (juiced).
Chuck everything in a blender and enjoy!
