Homemade snack

For a tasty snack this weekend you could try baking some homemade potato chips. This is such a crowd pleaser, and certainly a winner in our house.

Preheat your over to 190 degrees. Line your tray with baking paper. Peel and thinly slice 4 potatoes and lay them out flat. I then drizzle my garlic infused olive oil over the top, and added sea salt and some rosemary. Bake for 30-40minutes, or until the are golden brown.
